I look forward to yoga classes both for the challenge and the relaxation. The poses are challenging for someone like me who has little body flexibility. With the many demands of my professional life, I find the relaxation in the sessions very beneficial. As a (young) stroke victim, I found Yoga was important for recovery and for re-developing confidence in my body.
